This filament prints - from some limited testing - quite reliably and cleanly even at volumetric speeds up to 16-18 mm^3/s.
Details are crisp and stringing is minimal, the surface finish has a nice semi-gloss sheen. Due to this being a pigmented luminous filament, the glow effect is expectedly somewhat diminished compared to a natural glow-in-the-dark filament. Temperatures on the higher end of the advertised range are advisable for high-speed printing.
Bed adhesion is great on PEI and warping does not seem to be a major issue.
All in all, the filament can be recommended for aesthetic parts.

Dieses Filament druckt mit Volumetrischen Geschwindigkeiten von bis zu 16-18mm^3/s relativ sauber und verlässlich. Details im Modell kommen schön raus, mit minimaler Fadenbildung. Die Oberfläche des gedruckten Teiles hat eine Halbglänzende Qualität.
Nachdem das ein pigmentiertes Leuchtfilament ist, ist der Leuchteffekt im Vergleich zu einem unpigmentierten Filament etwas abgeschwächt, aber das ist ja zu erwarten. Für Hochgeschwindigkeitsdruck rate ich zu Temperaturen im höheren Bereich des Angegebenen.
Bauplattenhaftung ist gut auf PEI und die Teile verziehen sich anscheinend recht wenig. Insgesamt ist das Filament für Teile mit rein oder fast rein ästhetischer Funktion zu empfehlen.
