This is an original replacement silicone sock for the Phaetus Dragon UHF Hotend.
Silicone socks offer several advantages. For one, they make sure the heater block is free of burned and blackened plastic. On the other hand, they keep the heat in the hotend and prevent it from getting to the print and ruining it.
