Zortrax M300 Plus

Large volume FDM Wi-Fi 3D printer

The Zortrax M300 Plus is a high-volume desktop 3D printer with wireless connectivity. The Zortrax M300 Plus is a 3D printer with one of the largest workspaces in its class. It works in LPD technology, Zortrax's original approach to Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM), which guarantees the highest quality and low maintenance. Multiple Zortrax M300 Plus 3D printers can be connected to a wireless 3D printer farm that produces large models in small to medium runs.

Large workspace

Its large working area of 300 x 300 x 300 mm is enough to print large models at once.

Wi-Fi and Ethernet connection

Multiple Zortrax M300 Plus 3D printers can be connected in large networks with Wi-Fi or Ethernet. Models can also be loaded directly from a USB storage device to each of the printers. Keep an eye on the 3D printing process with a camera built into the printing chamber, or use the smart features such as filament end detection to minimize waste.

The printer automatically enters pause mode when there is no more filament left.

Improved extruder and nozzle

A redesigned extruder and new nozzle geometry now enable 3D printing with Flex materials.

Intuitive operation

The Zortrax M300 Plus is a Plug & Play device that can be used straight out of the box for high-quality 3D printing. No assembly is required before starting work. You can select available options and view 3D models directly on the intuitive built-in touchscreen. Automatic firmware updates via WLAN bring all future functions directly to the printer.

Z-SUITE is a dedicated slicing application that also functions as a wireless command centre for intelligent, reliable Zortrax 3D printers with Wi-Fi connectivity. It has a variety of features that enhance the use of the Zortrax M300 Plus.

Supported filaments

Zortrax M300 Plus has the same wide range of 3D printing materials as its predecessor, supplemented by Z-ULTRAT. The improved extruder also allows you to print 3D with more experimental and flexible filaments.

Third-Party Filaments

The Zortrax M300 Plus is compatible with third-party filaments. Z-SUITE's external material feature allows you to experiment with all standard 1.75mm filaments. Just load a material spool and select its type in the software. The external 3D printing profiles are based on carefully tested presets that have been proven to provide reliable results for most types of external materials.
