The technology behind Zortrax Inkspire relies on a high-resolution LCD screen with UV LED backlighting to cure photopolymers layer by layer.

Microscopic precision

Consistent speed
The high speed of 20-36 mm / h is maintained, regardless of how much of the work area is filled.

External resins
All available resins that can be cured by 405 nm wavelength light are supported.

On-the-fly adjustments
Printing settings such as the exposure time or the pause between layers can be changed during operation

UV-LCD technology
Stereolithography (SLA) and Digital Light Processing (DLP) are two traditional resin 3D printing technologies. In SLA, the accuracy is constant, but the speed of the operation is inversely proportional to the size of the workspace occupied by the model. In DLP, the speed of the operation is constant, but the accuracy decreases as the amount of workspace used increases. Zortrax UV-LCD provides consistently high speed and precision regardless of how much of the workspace is being used.

Series production
Zortrax Inkspire ensures consistently high speed and accuracy regardless of how much of the workspace is being used. With a printer producing 50 to 80 parts in 1 hour 30 minutes, 30 printers working together can provide an approximate monthly output of 360,000 to 500,000 parts. Therefore, Zortrax Inkspire can be used as a simple production unit in easily scalable 3D printers that are capable of producing in a short time.

Z-SUITE for Zortrax Inkspire

Programmable break
Z-SUITE calculates how much resin is needed to print each layer of the model and allows you to schedule a break just when refilling is required.

Intelligent support
UV exposure times for the model and support structures can be set independently.

Remote management
Prints can be paused or resumed, and progress can be monitored remotely on any Zortrax Inkspire connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
