"Transparent"
Rated with 1 out of 5 stars.
So this is a bit strange, and I'm not sure if there's a mistake somewhere, but this has zero translucency. It's actually about as opaque as you can get. This isn't a matter of my temperatures or speeds, it's that this actually a completely opaque filament. So I am unsure how to rate this, as it printed great, I loved the bright pink colour, but it's not at all as advertised. Three stars I guess?
If someone is looking for transparency though, this is going to be a 1 star for them for sure.
Edited: I contacted the company.
The mention of “high transparency” refers specifically to the transparent color variants within the PETG Premium line and not to all colors in the range. They said that in its natural form, it's more transparent than PLA, which is why they "highlight its transparency", and that after pigments are added, it becomes opaque.
Which is all well and good, but when they advertise any of the colours, they have the same description. Just buyer beware, and after contacting them, I've changed my review to one star for being misleading.
