Horrible
Rated with 1 out of 5 stars.
This printer is garbage. First of all, it has issues to read files from the sd card. If the name of a file has a special character or even if it is longer than 16 character the printer just won't recognize it. The most frustrating thing is that it comes with an sd card with a bunch of gcode files on it, and like half of them are not even printable because this filename issue. The printer just won't recognize them.
With this issue I can still deal with, but then comes the utterly buggy firmware problem. First of all the printer head keeps bashing into the printer bed, scratching it and the whole head most likely it would break if you don't manually lift it up. Like against the drive of the servo motors. I have serious scratches on my bad now. Some of them are close to 3 mm deep. This is serious.
It would still almost be ok, because there are a bunch of upgraded firmwares out there. But it happens that avrdude (which is a util software used by the prusa slicer) just can't connect to the printer. I've tried updating it with prusa and by simply installing avrdude on a linux machine. I've tried it using two different machines and it WONT WORK.
So all-in-all this printer comes with a useless firmware which just can't be updated, so the customer is left with a useless 3d printer. The best you can do, is to use it as a heater on cold days. Was this rating helpful? (23) (53)

Z-axis probe not working
Rated with 1 out of 5 stars.
After assembling the printer, the Z-axis height probe seems not to work. (no mounting on this sensor is done by myself, the sensor is preassembled). Without this, it is impossible to home the printer or print something.
