Description
Reduced plastic content
PolyTerra PLA is a bioplastic 3D printing filament in which organic materials have been combined with PLA to reduce the plastic content and develop a more environmentally friendly filament.
Easy processing
PolyTerra prints just like PLA, so no print settings need to be changed and the overhang and bridging functions can even outperform PLA. With a wide printing temperature range from 190 to 230 ° C, PolyTerra can be processed on any extrusion-based 3D printer.
Versatile use
The mechanical properties of PolyTerra offer a wide range of possible applications as the material is tougher than normal PLA and still retains good rigidity. Both figures and fixtures can be printed with excellent results.

Polymaker Polyterra PLA Sapphire Blue 1.75mm
Rated with 4 out of 5 stars.
nice blue color, took some time to make it stick to the print bed (Prusa smooth PEI). Printed perfectly on the satin sheet from prusa.
The pieces are still in good use in a laboratorium so, no problems with layer adhesion or sturdiness
The biodegradable spool is a plus for me and should be adopted by more manufacturers in my eyesWas this rating helpful? (0) (0)

Review
Rated with 2 out of 5 stars.
It prints well and adheses to the surface superbly as well, maybe even too well, because it's often hard to get off after printing.
My main gripe with this filament is that it has a weird propensity to off color to white at stress points. The bottom is largely white and forget about sanding or filing it if you want it to stay blue. No other filaments I've tried so far really do this except this one and polyterra purple. Was this rating helpful? (1) (3)

Loving polymaker
Rated with 5 out of 5 stars.
Got this for printing tachikomas and was not disappointed
I've found all the polymaker need the same flow rate with changes needed based on colour, a quick temperature tower and this stuff is ready to give great prints.
