Intelligent adhesive technology

aeSupport ™ S-Green can provide moderate adhesive strength to the main material through formulation and process modifications, which ensures that the model material is moulded onto the carrier surface and can easily be separated from the carrier surface of the model material when it is removed.

Quick-remove technology

Due to the formulation and process changes, the adhesive strength between the layers has been drastically reduced so that aeSupport ™ S-Green can easily be torn during the removal process.

More environmentally friendly

aeSupport ™ S-Green requires neither water nor solvents during the usage process, does not cause water pollution and is safe and environmentally friendly.

Recommended nozzles

Since aeSupport S-Green places high demands on the material and heating capacity of the nozzle, the following nozzles are recommended for use:

• Hardened steel nozzles
• Ruby nozzles

Additional information

1. Please put the unused filament back in the original bag made of aluminium foil for sealed storage in order to preserve the quality of the material.
2. The filament can be dried in an oven at 80-100 ° C for 4-6 hours to restore the print quality.
3. Hardened steel nozzles are recommended for printing, which can effectively improve print quality. It is also recommended that the thickness of the heating block be longer than 12mm.

4. In the dual extruder print mode, the material in the standby nozzle deteriorates due to prolonged heating and the damaged material must be pushed out before changing the print nozzle

5. After printing is complete, the printed part can be annealed and then the aeSupport S-Green removal step can be performed. During the annealing process, aeSupport S-Green can play the role of supporting the body material, reducing the dimensional deformation of the body material and improving the mechanical properties of the body material. Set the annealing conditions according to the requirements of the body material.
