Description
The high-performance ceramic resin from FormFutura is characterised by its phenomenal material rigidity and strength properties.
Because the resin has been reinforced with nanoparticle ceramics, it is one of the stiffest and strongest materials on the market. It achieves a flexural modulus of 9.5 GPa and a maximum flexural strength of 170 MPa.
In addition, the material has excellent chemical and heat-resistant properties.
The result is rigid models with an incredibly high level of detail and a smooth, matt finish.

Before you start printing
- Shake the bottle for at least 2 minutes before each use
- After shaking the bottle, let the resin sit for 10 minutes to allow air bubbles to escape from the resin.
- Always wear safety glasses and nitrile gloves when handling resin.
Note: The unused resin can be poured back into the bottle after the print is complete.
Post-processing
- The manufacturer recommends post-processing the print in order to achieve the best material properties.
- Rinse your model in IPA or ethanol for about 5 minutes.
- An ultrasonic cleaner is recommended.
- Make sure objects rinsed with IPA and/or ethanol are perfectly dry before further post-curing.
- Place the rinsed parts in a well-ventilated area for at least 30 minutes or use compressed air for at least 2 minutes.
- Cure your object in a high-performance curing chamber for approx. 20-30 minutes at 65 ° C. The preferred curing wavelength is between 300-410 nm.

The resin is getting printed pretty easy, but cleaning after is a total mess like no other resin. The ceramic particles are very difficult to remove and for this reason I consider that this resin should be used with a dedicated vat.
The print is rigid, very brittle, but with a filling that particles are removed at each finger touch. In my opinion this is a very specialized resin for particular projects mostly engineering .
