Description
Green-TEC PRO is a development from Extrudr's BIO-Performance series and was specially developed for high-performance applications.
The material has been optimised for high rigidity and flexural strength. Models are given a high-quality, semi-matt surface.
Green-TEC PRO is made from 100% renewable and natural raw materials and, in contrast to PLA, which can only be degraded under certain laboratory conditions, is 100% reintegrated into the natural cycle.

Verified 100ºC temp resistance and as strong as PLA
Rated with 5 out of 5 stars.
We have 3D printed a variety of objects with Extrudr Green-TEC PRO red, in 1.75 mm. We have put objects printed with this material in an owen at 100ºC for 30 minutes, and we could not detect any visible deformation or change in stiffness whatsoever!
This filament is as easy as PLA to print with, and a heated glass bed with PVA glue works great. The only thing we have found to look out for is the print temp. To low nozzle temp gives layer delimitation. But at 230ºC (0.5 mm nozzle), and a 60% fan produces mechanical strong objects on our unenclosed FDM 3D printer.
The filament seem to handle higher printing temperatures well though, and besides a little more brittle objects everything worked out fine even at a temp of 260ºC.
The printed objects get a somewhat silky look, and feels more like ABS than PLA to the touch.
Highly recommended as a stronger bioalternative to PLA, and with even better biodegradable characteristics. Was this rating helpful? (16) (0)

Not so heat resistant
Rated with 4 out of 5 stars.
Prints easy and comes out lovely but wouldn't say it lives up to the heat resistance. Used as a converter for a portable aircon for the exhaust air... deformed with 80-degree air.
But very good else-wise!Was this rating helpful? (0) (0)

Good thing it is bio-degradable...
Rated with 2 out of 5 stars.
since most of it will end up in garbage straight from the print bed.
It actually CAN make some strong parts IF you hit the sweetspot.
However, the said sweetspot varies from print to print based on your hardware, the model, and who knows what else factors. And if you miss it, bed adhesion, layer adhesion and warping will be worse than some cheap ABS.
Dialing in the rights settings is completely counter-intuitive.
I've tried contacting Extrudr support for advice concerning this material's logic, it's susceptibility to moisture and drying recommendations., but they were completely unhelpful. Told me to change my printbed (??!!!) and that's all.
Finally managed to get relatively solid adhesion after switching from 0.4 to 0.6 nozzle (the cost was dimensional accuracy), but still this isn't good for any kind of mechanically demanding application.
At least the successfully printed part cooling nozzle handles the temperature inside my printer's enclosure, so at least this advertising point is true. Ease of printing and strength - no.
