Creality Sermoon D3 Pro

Creality's Sermoon D3 Pro combines industry-standard print quality and stability with an innovative high-flow dual extrusion system for greater productivity and efficiency. With a build volume of 290 x 220 x 300 mm and a print speed of 300 mm/s, the FDM printer has a high production capacity with little effort!

Stability for 24/7 production

Based on the predecessor Sermoon D3, the Pro version is equipped with extremely robust components. Thanks to a stable frame, the Sermoon D3 Pro can be operated continuously without the excellent print quality suffering as a result.

In order not to have to make any compromises in guaranteeing print quality, the robust device has vibration compensation, and the 3D printer is pre-calibrated for optimal flow control.

Innovative High Flow Dual Extrusion

Unlike the previous version, the printhead of the Sermoon D3 Pro is equipped with two hotends that share a single Direct Drive All Metal extruder. The low weight of the dual extrusion system enables a flow rate of 32 mm³/s and a temperature of 300 °C.

► How can dual extrusion increase productivity?

• Support material with water-soluble properties can be printed separately to keep complex structures and intricate designs intact.
• A special single-side nozzle lift system enables quick switching of the extrusion.
• An automatic calibration module is used for the XYZ offset of the second hotend. With this, you progress much faster and more precisely than with manual control.

Thermostatic print chamber for more success

The Sermoon D3 Pro print chamber features active heating for a higher success rate. This keeps the print model warm at a constant temperature of 60 °C and reduces deformation, cracks and other defects.

The constant temperature in the interior creates strong bonds between the individual print layers, which means that the 3D-printed parts have greater strength.

Automatic levelling

A strain sensor in the hotend measures the build plate of the Sermoon D3 Pro over several points for unevenness and then levels it automatically and precisely. You can do without a calibration card and a Z offset. Once the build plate levelling is done, it stays set for a long time.

Unleash your creativity with a wide range of materials

According to Creality, the Sermoon D3 Pro can even print with 29 different materials. The FDM printer is suitable for the production of models with diverse properties due to the possibility of combining two materials.

Flexible build plate

The build platform of the Sermoon D3 Pro is made sticky and heat-resistant to meet the needs of a wide variety of materials. Its matt surface ensures that the underside of the model remains fine and smooth. Bending the models effortlessly removes them from the build plate.
