Description
The Creality CR-Scan Raptor is a versatile 3D scanner with groundbreaking technology that seamlessly combines blue light laser and NIR - in one device! With unprecedented precision, the 3D scanner captures small, medium and large objects, thus meeting a wide range of requirements.
Compact size for more flexibility
The portable 3D scanner has a low weight of 372 g. It can be operated with one hand and ensures fatigue-free work even during longer scanning projects.
The Raptor is equipped with an anti-slip surface and a removable neck cord for flexible operation with greater safety.
Large, medium or small?
The combination of blue line lasers with structured infrared light enables the detection of objects of all sizes! The CR-Scan Raptor detects objects in the scanning range from 5 x 5 x 5 mm³ up to 2000 x 2000 x 2000 mm³ with remarkable ease, including small figures, bolts, faces, human bodies, car parts and much, much more.
Measurement accuracy with blue light laser lines
The powerful CR-Scan Raptor scans with 7 parallel blue light laser lines. To ensure that sharp and clear edges and precise details can be captured, each individual laser line is kept ultra-thin (up to 0.1 mm). This ensures outstanding metrological accuracy of up to 0.02 mm.
Of course, other factors also contribute to its incredible accuracy:
► An advanced temperature compensation algorithm improves temperature stability, ensuring its top accuracy.
► A high-performance structure enables 3D scanning both close up and from a distance, and ensures high stability at high and low temperatures. This is achieved by a 20 mm lens with a large depth of field, a low distortion lens (with distortion < 5‰), a glass lens with 9 lenses and a metal lens barrel and mount.
Structured infrared light for scans without markers or scan sprays
The CR-Scan Raptor uses 3D imaging with speckle matching, eliminating the need for markers for fast data capture, even on detailed parts and complex workpieces.
Even without using a scanning spray, cars, car parts, tires and other black objects and metal parts can be scanned without any problem.
A combination of blue and white light
The circular arrangement of LED texture lights provides more realistic scanning results. While the blue light provides additional light for scanning laser lines, the white light increases the brightness of colour textures.
Impressive speed
With an impressive scanning speed of up to 60 fps with the blue light laser and an NIR scanning speed of up to 20 fps, high-resolution scans with the finest details can be captured in a flash.
Face and body algorithm
A face and body mode features a unique facial imaging algorithm for better detail capture. With the CR-Scan Raptor, the entire human body can be scanned in just 2 minutes.
Additional features:
- 24-bit full-colour scanning with 12 circular LED texture lights for true-to-life colour reproduction,
- Intuitive buttons for easy operation, with a ring indicator light that shows the scanning status in real-time,
- Smooth scanning processes through anti-shake protection such as One-Shot 3D imaging technology (for natural stability) or the fast retracing speed,
- High-precision calibration plate made of glass substrate,
- Wide range of applications: metrological testing, reverse engineering, manufacturing of car parts, medical technology, mould making, action figures, AR/VR and much more
