Description
This Extruder Upgrade Kit for the Creality CR-10 and other printers using the same type of mounting plate replaces the original extruder.
This kit provides a high-performance material delivery system with the ability to print faster with improved quality. With the adjustable knurled screw you can fine tune the force acting on the filament.
It allows for more reliable printing with all types of filaments, both stiff and flexible, and the DualDrive system ensures that the extruder never loses the grip of the filament, making slipping and grinding a thing of the past. The Bowden tube is held securely by the built-in 4mm industry standard connector.
E-steps must be updated to 415 and the direction of rotation of the motor must be reversed. Please observe the installation instructions, which you will find under the "Installation Instructions" tab.
This kit contains no motor, the original motor is used.
The body parts are professional SLS printed in polyamide for maximum strength

Having now bought 3 clone versions of this extruder, I finally decided to purchase the real deal. I'm not saying that the clones don't work as they do, BUT they don't work for very long, not without eventually causing constant clogs or weak prints through partial clogs anyway. I actually installed this genuine one on what I thought was a partially clogged hotend, it might well have been but jeese this can't half push filament without clicking and chewing it up, all I can say is; If it was partially clogged, it certainly isn't now.
Yes they look similar, yes they do the same job but only when you witness the force that the filament is pushed out of the hottend during a load you will realise that all similarities end there!
