BondTech Extruder QR 2.85 / 3.00 mm left

The BondTech QR universal extruder for 2.85 / 3mm filaments offers maximum performance, precision and reliability with its DualDrive transmission.

The new design allows you to quickly change the filament by operating the Quick-Release lever.

The spring-loaded secondary drive gear adapts to the varying filament diameter, resulting in the optimum pressure on the filament. The gears are CNC machined and therefore wear resistant to abrasive filaments. The extremely sharp drive teeth grasp the gear from both sides, which allows a very high feed force and guarantees a constant material flow. The housing parts are professionally manufactured in the SLS process from nylon.

Each unit is assembled, tested and verified for optimal performance.

Recommended settings:

• Recommended motor current setting: 1.2A
• E-Steps settings: 492.45 steps / mm (can vary from printer to printer)

The supplied cable with quick release has a length of 700mm and comes standard with a PC2510 connector.

The extruder is delivered without a holder. A bracket can be downloaded and printed as STL. More information can be found in the additional information.
