• I have an ender 3 Pro and 3 v1. Is it just a straight swap with these boards ?? Is there any good tutorial out there??

    Nothing is required for mounting, it is the same size and has screw holes in the same places as the original board but you will need to update the firmware which you can find here: https://github.com/bigtreetech/BIGTREETECH-SKR-mini-E3/tree/master/firmware/V3.0/Marlin

• Could this be used with CR10s Pro V2? The ribbon cable would need to be adapted to separate plugs. I assume screen wouldn't work, I intend to go to Klipper anyway

    Technically it is possible but it requires some non-standard firmware modifications and also pin rewiring. We would recommend only BTT touchscreens for this board or the standard 12864 LCD with knob for Klipper use.

    No additional hardware changes are necessary only firmware changes.

• Will this fit the enders 5 plus aslo what screen upgrade would you recommend for enders 5 plus and this board

    Yes it will fit but you will definitely need a screen upgrade as the Ender 5 Plus touchscreen is not compatible. A good choice would be the TFT 3.5 v3.0. We have it here for the BIQU B1: https://www.3djake.com/biqu/touchscreen-1

    Yes but you will probably have to design and print a mount for it to fit and edit the firmware too.

    The Marlin github has configuration files for lots of printers here: https://github.com/MarlinFirmware/Configurations
    
    You'll need to edit these to fit the mainboard but there is not much to change, chipset, stepper driver configuration and anything else you may want to add to the original features.
