A motherboard from the MANTA series

The Manta E3EZ motherboard has an innovative and integrated design, which scores with the usual advantages of the Manta series. The board contains the same connector as Raspberry Pi so any version of CB1 or CM4 can be quickly and reliably installed directly onto the motherboard to run Klipper or OctoPrint. Thanks to the 32-bit 64 MHz ARM Cortex-M0+ chip, Marlin can even be operated without a CB1 or CM4! The board features 40 pins of GPIO, leaving an incredibly wide range of DIY possibilities open.

Direct upgrade for Ender-3 and Ender-5

With the E3EZ's mounting holes perfectly matching those of the Ender-3 and Ender-5, the motherboard can be used as the ideal drop-in replacement. There is also good compatibility with Ender-3 Pro, Ender-5 Pro, CR-10 and other 3D printers.

5 EZ driver slots

The EZ Driver slots feature a foolproof, chip-protected and pinless design - no more wrong insertions! You can choose between SPI and UART - but you don't need jumpers.

Powerful ARM Cortex-M0+ STM32G0B1RE microcontroller

The motherboard is equipped with a powerful 32-bit 64MHz ARM Cortex-M0+ STM32G0B1RE MCU. The microcontroller supports both Marlin and Klipper, Marlin can even be operated without CB1 or CM4!

Colour touchscreens

The motherboard has integrated SPI and HDMI interfaces. These ensure you have multiple display options available!

Security at the highest level

Manta E3EZ has many safety features:

►TPS5450-5A: Supports up to 5A output for powering an external Raspberry Pi.

► High-quality caps and driver components for more protection: The capacitors support up to 56V; all drivers are isolated from the MCU by special isolation chips.

►Replaceable fuse: In the event of a short circuit, the fuse can be easily replaced.

► High-efficiency MOSFETs to reduce heat generation and increase motherboard performance.

►Heatbed (HB) and cartridge heaters (HE0, HE1) with powerful power supplies: FETS, heater connectors and PSU connectors are close to each other for lower internal impedance, respectively, so that the heating elements get hot, not the motherboard.

Versatile upgrade options

►An additional driver: With this additional driver, the motherboard now has 4 driver slots, which makes it easy to switch to Dual-Z, add another extruder or install an EZ-MAX31865 for T100/100.

►Ports for expansions: For excellent support for power failure, filament runout sensor, BLTouch, auto power off, RGB, etc. An ADXL345 accelerometer can also be connected via the SPI port. The CAN bus interface simplifies the wiring to the hotend.

►Fan connectors: 3 x PWM, 2 x Always On. Enough ports to control case fan, hotend fan and partial cooling. If you switch this off when the printer is idle, you can activate the incredibly quiet standby mode and save energy at the same time!

Optimised user experience

• Updating firmware from the command line or via SD.
• RD45 port when WiFi signal is weak.
• Print via USB; possible connection of a webcam to follow the print live via the dual USB2.0 interface.
• For sensor-free referencing, you can cut the onboarding diagnostic jumper short for each driver.
