10K resolution

The precision of the Anycubic Photon Mono 4 Ultra has been increased by a fascinating 105%. With a display resolution of 9024 x 5120 pixels and an XY resolution of 17 x 17 µm, impressive details can be revealed.

COB light source + Fresnel lens

The Photon Mono 4 Ultra uses a combination of a COB light source with a Fresnel lens. This innovative technology ensures uniform light intensity within an angle of 3° and prevents the development of stray light.

Thanks to a light uniformity algorithm, a light uniformity of ≥ 90% and a printing accuracy of ± 0.1-0.05 mm can be achieved.

Latest generation of ACF film – better and faster

The Photon Mono 4 Ultra is equipped with an optimised ACF film with a special surface treatment. This new generation of ACF film minimises the matte texture to increase light transmission and enable a smooth release process.

Shorter printing times thanks to intelligent algorithms

The new ACF film is not the only thing that reduces printing time with the Photon Mono 4. With a series of cleverly thought-out algorithms, the resin printer saves up to 40% of your time and is guaranteed to increase your productivity by at least 100%!

► Dynamic light-off compensation: Mechanical sensors monitor the resin backflow rate, calculate the exposure area and optimally prepare the printer for each individual exposure layer.

► Dynamic release: By automatically detecting fluctuations in the release force, the lifting height of the printing platform can be dynamically adjusted for each layer. This can control problems such as bottom peeling or layer separation during large-scale release. On the other hand, for small-format models, unnecessary Z-axis movement can be reduced, the total printing time can be effectively shortened or the printing speed can be increased by 10-40%.

Intelligent assistance systems

With intelligent assistance systems, you are well prepared for each of your 3D printing projects:

► Failed Print Detection: If errors are detected, the 3D printer stops the printing process and informs you about possible damage to the model. This allows you to intervene as quickly as possible and save your prints in time.

► Resin Residue Detection: Thanks to a mechanical algorithm, resin residues in the resin container are automatically detected to prevent the display from breaking.

► Printer auto-inspection: The printer automatically performs a quick self-test and checks whether its individual components are functioning properly.

► Left over Resin monitoring: Before printing starts, it automatically checks whether the amount of resin in the container meets the printing requirements. If this is not the case, you will be reminded to refill the container with resin.

► Release Film Lifespan Management: This function counts how often the release film has been used. After around 30,000 uses, you will be reminded to replace the film in time.
