CoreXY structure for greater precision and stability at high speeds

With an engraving speed of 43,000 mm/min and an acceleration of 2000 mm/s², ACMER P3 takes the place of the fastest laser engraver on the market.

To ensure shake-free engraving at such high speeds, the engraver features an innovative CoreXY structure and advanced laser compression technology. These compensate for motion algorithms and significantly improve the stability and precision of the engraving.

The CoreXY system uses a complex pulley and belt mechanism that coordinates movement along both axes simultaneously, compared to other laser engravers whose laser head moves independently along the X and Y axes.

Exact positioning and real-time preview with HD camera

The integrated HD camera uses 5 layers of high-resolution optical glass. The 5 million pixel camera is connected directly to the motherboard, enabling stable data transmission. It is also compatible with LightBurn and is incredibly user-friendly and easy to operate.

With a visible area of 400 x 400 mm, the entire interior of the laser engraver is visible using the camera, enabling real-time monitoring via PC.

In addition, the camera can be used to intuitively view and adjust the engraving area. This allows the workpiece to be machined to be quickly aligned and precisely positioned. This saves you from making errors due to manual alignment!

Integrated smoke extraction system

The ACMER P3 's integrated smoke extraction system is an aerodynamic design that maximises the efficiency of smoke extraction inside the unit and reduces dust accumulation. It features a powerful exhaust fan that extracts smoke quickly and efficiently at 4000 revolutions per minute.

Micro Airflow mode

If the laser lenses are dirty, the lifespan of the laser module can suffer. But the innovative Micro Airflow mode comes to the rescue: When active, it generates a weak airflow to prevent smoke backflow and thus protect the lenses.

Tip: This mode can extend the lifespan of the laser modules by an amazing 20%.

8-fold safety

The most important safety feature of the ACMER P3 is its closed design. To ensure the highest level of safety, the laser engraver is equipped with 8 additional safety precautions:

When the lid is opened, the device stops working immediately and an acoustic warning signal is emitted. (Tip: Updating to the latest firmware allows you to deactivate this function.) When the lid is closed, you can continue engraving.

Easy upgrade

When upgrading your P3 Laser to a new laser module, you don't need any additional equipment - you just need to replace the old module with the new one. All standard cables and brackets remain.

Additional features:

• Pull-out, easy-to-clean drawer in which engraving and cutting residues are conveniently stored until they are removed,
• Optionally, the device can be upgraded with a separately available conveyor belt to provide an even larger engraving area (enlargement from 400 mm to 4000 mm),
• A separately available air purifier effectively removes up to 95% of the smoke and dust in the interior of the device,
• Excellent compatibility with various software (e.g. ACMER APP, LightBurn and LaserGRBL for connecting to laser machines), operating systems (Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android), input image formats, etc.
