ACMER C4 Air Assist Pump

The ACMER C4 Air Assist Pump is an essential accessory for laser engraving machines. It delivers focused laser energy and provides a continuous airflow that is blown onto the cutting surface during the laser process. This effectively removes smoke and dust and increases the cutting strength in many ways.

The pump generates a powerful air flow of 30 L/min, which is directed through a hose and nozzle directly to the point where the laser beam hits the material. The air flow can be automatically adjusted to the individual working mode, improving the quality of the cut edges and achieving a cleaner result.

The strong airflow also allows the surface temperature of the material to be reduced quickly, preventing discolouration caused by high temperatures and ensuring the cleanliness of the surface of the material.

Two installation methods

The Air Assist Pump supports two installation methods, making it compatible with a wide range of laser modules:

• U-clip method for laser modules of 40 x 40 mm,
• Nozzle method for laser modules with lenses with an outer diameter of 16 mm.
