Description
Flexible build plate system for resin 3D printers
The 3DJake Flexible Build plate System was specifically developed for easy removal of finished parts.
Our system includes a magnetic base with an adhesive backing and a flexible build plate made of high-quality spring steel that does not bend or warp when bent but simply returns to its original shape. Therefore, the flexible build plate can be removed from the magnetic base after printing and the print can be removed more easily by carefully bending it. It is also possible to wash and post-harden the model directly on the plate. In the meantime, you can start a new print on an additional plate to increase productivity.
Thanks to a specially patterned surface, our steel plate has improved adhesion compared to most original platforms, which significantly increases the success rate!
The magnetic base has a thickness of 2 mm with alternating polarity, which creates an amazing strength to guarantee a beautiful printing result even with large format prints.

Note!
- When choosing the right build plate, don't just rely on the appropriate build volume - be sure to also measure the printing plate of your 3D printer!
- The magnet base is 2 mm thick, the steel plate is 0.4 mm thick.

Installation note:
- Roughen the print platform with sandpaper
- Clean and degrease the printing platform preferably with isopropanol
- Heat up the print platform
- Peel off the magnet base sticker and affix flush to the print platform
- Let the glue set for 24 hours

Hi I have just purchased an Elegoo Saturn S from you and was wondering if the same flex plate would work for it as the previous version?

For fitting this to a Mars 2 Pro, is any adjustment of the hardware needed or does the ball and socket head of the build plate have enough give to allow the extra 2mm for the plate

I've been using this for over a week now and one thing I am noticing is that the metal sheet warps and lifts from the magnetic sheet. I am printing directly to the sheet (the reason I purchased this) but as the sheet is warping up at the edges, resin is getting underneath and the final print does not have a flat bottom. I suspect a stronger magnetic sheet would resolve this. The magnetic sheet included is quite thin. On my other printers I use 2mm 3M magnetic sheet and do not experience this issue. Double whammy as I see the price has now been reduced by 15% :-(

Magnetic base too thick for Phrozen Sonic Mighty 8K

I bought this build plate for a Phrozen Sonic Mighty 8K, however the plate is overall too thick for the printer to correctly finish the z calibration procedure, thus being useless

This is great, i used to hate removing prints from the plate. Just pop them off, set the printer going again. No mess. No issues with adhesion to the plate or the plate lifting. Used on a phrozen 4k.

Much easier than scraping prints off the build plate. Works like a charm to just pop them off and clean up the plate again.
