Unrivalled flexibility thanks to interchangeable print heads

The Prusa Pro HT90 offers you maximum versatility thanks to its magnetically attached, easily interchangeable print heads. To change them, simply disconnect the magnetic connection, remove the cable from the top of the printer and insert a different print head - and you're done!

• The high-flow print head with its quick-change 0.4 mm Revo nozzle is the perfect choice for fast and efficient prototyping with materials up to 300 °C,
• The high-temp print head with its abrasion-resistant, also easily replaceable 0.6 mm Revo nozzle is suitable for somewhat more demanding applications and high-performance filaments such as PEEK, PEKK and PEI, and can handle temperatures of up to 500 °C.

Tip: Both print heads are included in the delivery and the hardware is compatible with all Revo nozzles - from 0.25 to 0.8 mm in diameter.

Actively heated chamber with HEPA filter

The Delta printer has an actively heated chamber with a closed air circuit including HEPA and carbon filters. The chamber reaches temperatures of up to 90 °C, creating ideal conditions for processing even the most demanding materials.

Innovative cooling for perfect printing results

The Prusa Pro HT90 takes air management to a whole new level. Its unique cooling system has been specially developed for real-time airflow control to optimise print quality on all materials. A powerful fan on the side of the printer channels the air through a hose directly into the print head. There, a high-speed flap ensures precise deflection of the airflow in milliseconds. The result is clear to see: Perfect overhangs and flawless layers without undercooling the rest of the print.

In combination with a HEPA filter, the chamber remains free of ultra-fine particles. An automatic inlet flap regulates the temperatures in the chamber so that materials such as PLA and PETG can also be printed in the closed environment without any problems. Furthermore, the most important components of the Pro HT90 are located outside the heated chamber, which significantly extends their service life.

The secret lies in its delta-kinematic design: Three lightweight arms move the extruder precisely and evenly, while your print object always remains stable. You can simply disconnect the WiFi module to completely isolate the printer from the network. And don't worry: the Pro HT90 doesn't collect any data about your prints or your printer's environment - your projects remain secure and private.

Reliable remote management for maximum control

Managing your print projects has never been more flexible with Pro HT90. Depending on your needs, you can choose between two fully functional remote print management systems. In local mode, the printer remains accessible exclusively via your local network. Alternatively, you can connect the HT90 to Prusa Connect, the secure remote print management system, and access your printer from anywhere.

With the integrated camera, you can always keep an eye on the progress of your prints, while the chamber lighting ensures optimum visibility. If you need even more control, you can also connect an external USB camera. Isn't that incredible?
