Polycrystalline diamond tip

The PCD tip consists of thousands of tiny diamond crystals anchored in a special matrix with diamond-to-diamond bonds. This design combines the hardness of diamond with reduced brittleness, making the nozzles ideal for printing with demanding, technical filaments such as metal or ceramic compounds.

Precision redefined

Unlike conventional nozzles, the DiamondBack tips have real diamond inserts, not coatings. The result: maximum precision and outstanding print quality, even with complex and detailed models.
